Barry Peers specialises in all types of on-site conservation joinery work. This includes the splicing of new oak timbers with original oak to restore and repairs buildings in danger, keeping old buildings alive. This includes both structural and non-structural repair and restoration to wall and roof timbers.
Depending upon the requirements of the Conservation Officer, Barry Peers can work with either original oak timber or newly sourced Green Oak, in order to provide structural integrity. All newly-sourced timber is responsibly-grown and sourced from sustainable sources.
Our Conservation joinery work also encompasses the manufacture of windows, doors and staircases using traditional methods and materials.
